Who are EK Interactive?
EK Interactive provide a fully automated, self-service health screening kiosk for GP Practices. It allows patients to take their own health tests rather than booking a face-to-face consultation, with their results automatically saved to their patient record.
The Problem
EK Interactive traditionally demonstrated their Self-Health Screening Kiosk onsite at GP Practices. These in-person demos were effective, but they were expensive, time consuming, and difficult to scale. When the Covid pandemic changed working habits, they moved to online demos, but PowerPoint slides and video clips could not replicate the impact of a live demonstration.
They needed a way to show exactly how the kiosk works inside a GP environment, how patients interact with it, and how the clinical data flows into the practice administration system. Before transforming their sales process, EK Interactive first needed accurate 3D product models and photorealistic renders they could use across every marketing channel.
The Solution
Using MarTech3D | Engine, EK Interactive created high fidelity 3D models and photorealistic renders of the Self-Health Screening Kiosk. These assets are now used everywhere across their marketing, including website content, social channels, brochures, sales collateral, and even on patient-facing guides displayed on the medical device itself.
With these assets in place, EK Interactive built a fully interactive 3D Virtual Product Demo for online sales presentations. The experience simulates a patient visiting a GP Practice and using the kiosk exactly as they would in real life. Practices can also see how the kiosk fits into their workspace and how data is processed automatically through their system.
Interactive 3D animations allow the presenter to highlight key features, demonstrate workflows, and walk through the business case within one immersive experience.
The Result
The Virtual Product Demo had an immediate impact. Online demo conversion rates jumped from 10 percent to 80 percent, outperforming even their traditional onsite demos. With an average saving of £500 per demo, EK Interactive increased their gross profit margin by 10 percent.
